Zwischen 1977 und 1990 Tätigkeit in verschiedenen klinischen Einrichtungen.

1990 bis 2006 wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Psychologie der Universität Freiburg in den Abteilungen für Rehabilitationspsychologie sowie Klinische und Entwicklungspsychologie mit Aufgaben in Lehre, Forschung und Versorgung, zuletzt als Geschäftsführerin des universitären Freiburger Ausbildungsinstituts für Verhaltenstherapie (www.favt.de).

Most recently coordinator of the training institute for behavior therapy (FAVT) at the University of Freiburg (www.favt.de).

Since 1998 cooperation with the Institute for Frontier Areas of Psychology and Mental Health in Freiburg, Germany (www.igpp.de), in charge with supervision, development of concepts and research consulting for the counseling department.

Lecturer and supervisor at several psychotherapy training institutes in Germany and Switzerland.

Since 2007 psychotherapist in private practice in Bern, Switzerland.
